How it all started...
After moving back to Jennings in 2023, Pastor Brian and his wife Sulane began to seek God's next step for their ministry. After much prayer "the disciples fellowship", a home bible study focussed on growing as disciples was started. Within a few short months the disciples fellowship grew and a church was born.
The Disciples Church is made up of a group of believers who want more than a traditional church experience. We are a group of people who are actively growing as disciples and inviting others to join us.

Expanding the vision...
Our vision is simple and different. We believe God's word has counsel for every need. Together we find answers for everyday struggles and with His power overcome them. It is our mission to help others find counsel and overcome as well.
Where we are headed...
The future for God's people is bright. Jesus said in John 10:10 "I am come that you might have life and that you might have it more abundantly". It is on that promise our approach to ministry is built. Our goal is to be a source for the community where individuals and families can find healing in the word of God.
Our ministry team is made up of authentic disciples who are growing in their understanding of the practical application of God's word. We are becoming overcomers and are excited to help members of our community overcome as well.
